Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 August 2026
These Terms set out the agreement between you and the Provider when you purchase participation in the educational programme "Zagovori" (the "Programme") through the website linakhegay.com (the "Site").
Please read them before paying. By completing payment you (the "Participant") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
1.1. The Programme is sold by Arsen Gugunava, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom, trading as Lina Khegay (the "Provider").
1.2. The Programme is delivered by Lina Khegay (the "Instructor").
1.3. Contact: hello@linakhegay.com
1.4. Official channels for announcements: the Site and the Instructor's Instagram account at instagram.com/linakhegay.
2. What is being provided
2.1. The Provider gives the Participant access to the educational programme "Zagovori", a course designed to develop skills in creating video content and running a blog.
2.2. The Programme is provided in the format selected by the Participant, in accordance with the description and price shown on the Site at the time of payment. That description forms part of these Terms.
3. Programme content and format
3.1. The Programme runs for 3 weeks (21 days) and begins on 10 August 2026.
3.2. Enrollment is open from 4 to 8 August 2026. The Provider may close enrolment earlier if places are filled, or extend it, and will announce this on the Site and on the Instructor's Instagram.
3.3. The Programme includes 19 pre-recorded modules with assignments, released over the course of the Programme, together with two live online sessions with the Instructor: one at the start and one at the end.
3.4. Participation formats:
"zagovori" (group format): access to all 19 Programme modules and both live online sessions. Price USD 295.
"zagovori + personal work" (individual format): everything included in the group format, plus three individual online consultations with the Instructor of 60 minutes each, held during the Programme. Places are limited to 5. Price USD 995.
3.5. Access to Programme materials is provided for 12 months from the Programme start date. Access is personal and may not be transferred, resold or shared with third parties.
3.6. The Provider may make reasonable changes to the content and schedule of the Programme while preserving its overall value, scope and duration. If a scheduled live session has to be moved, Participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a recording.
3.7. If the Provider cancels the Programme entirely before it begins, all Participants receive a full refund. If the Programme is cancelled after it has begun, Participants receive a refund proportionate to the part not delivered.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The price of participation is shown on the Site. Payment is made in full, in a single transaction.
4.2. Prices are shown in US dollars. If sales tax or VAT applies in your location, it will be calculated and displayed before payment.
4.3. Payment is made by bank card through the payment service Stripe. The Provider does not receive or store the Participant's card details.
4.4. Once payment is confirmed, the Participant receives an order confirmation and login details for their account at the email address given at checkout, usually immediately and in any event within 24 hours. Access to Programme materials opens on 10 August 2026, the Programme start date. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Your right to cancel
5.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind after buying goods or services online.
5.2. Digital content. The Programme materials are digital content, access to which opens when the Programme begins. By placing your order you agree that access will be provided on the Programme start date and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost from the moment access opens. Until that point, clause 5.4 applies.
5.3. Live sessions. Live sessions and individual consultations are services rather than digital content. If you cancel within 14 days, you will be refunded for sessions that have not yet taken place. The Provider may retain an amount proportionate to sessions already delivered.
5.4. The Provider's own policy. In addition to your statutory rights and regardless of clause 5.2, the Provider will refund the full price to any Participant who requests it before 10 August 2026, that is, before the Programme start date.
5.5. Once the Programme has begun and access to materials has opened, refunds are not given, except in the cases set out in clauses 5.3, 3.7 and section 6.
5.6. To request a refund, write to hello@linakhegay.com quoting your order number.
6. If something goes wrong
6.1. The Programme is provided with reasonable care and skill, and the materials match their description, are of satisfactory quality and fit for their stated purpose.
6.2. If the Programme does not match its description, or you cannot access it for reasons attributable to the Provider, tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot put it right, you are entitled to a refund.
6.3. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Rights in the materials and access
7.1. All Programme materials, including videos, texts, workbooks and templates, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright.
7.2. Access is granted for the Participant's personal use and for their own business. You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell or pass the materials to third parties, or use them to create a competing course or training programme.
7.3. Breach of clause 7.2 entitles the Provider to terminate the Participant's access to the Programme without refund.
8. Conduct and session recordings
8.1. Live sessions are a working environment. Participants are expected to treat the Instructor and other Participants with courtesy. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a session or from the Programme without refund.
8.2. Live sessions may be recorded and recordings may be made available to Participants. Where a session is being recorded, Participants are told in advance. Recordings are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
9.1. The Programme is educational in nature. The Instructor shares her own experience and methods, but the Provider does not guarantee any particular result, including growth in audience, engagement or income. Outcomes depend on the Participant's own effort, market and circumstances.
9.2. Nothing in the Programme constitutes financial, legal or professional advice.
9.3. The Provider is not liable for inability to participate for reasons outside the Provider's control, including lack of internet access or technical problems on the Participant's side.
9.4. The Provider is liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. The Provider is not liable for business losses, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
9.5. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. Personal data
10.1. The Participant's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
11.2. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
11.3. If you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
12. General
12.1. The Provider may amend these Terms. The version published at the time of your payment applies to your purchase. The current version is published on the Site with its effective date.
12.2. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
12.3. For any questions, contact the Provider at hello@linakhegay.com.
